Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bookings made at nehamritfarms.com or directly with Nehamrit Farms. By confirming a booking you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully. If anything is unclear, WhatsApp or email us before booking.

1. The property

Nehamrit Farms is a 20-acre organic farmstay in Sukudwadi fata, Village Mal, Taluka Murbad, Thane District, Maharashtra 421301 — about 100 km from Mumbai and Pune, 20 km past Malshej Ghat. All bookings are for stays at this address.

2. Booking & payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received via PayU (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet).
• Once confirmed, you receive a booking confirmation email with a PDF receipt and our house-rules PDF.
• Prices shown on the site are per room per night in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Rates may vary by season and demand. The price shown at checkout is what applies to your booking.

3. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM (14:00) on your arrival date.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM on your departure date.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges — please request in advance.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) is required for every adult guest at check-in, as required by Indian hospitality regulations.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

• 7+ days before check-in: full refund minus payment-gateway charges.
• 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• 0–2 days before check-in / no-show: no refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• In case of exceptional circumstances (natural calamity, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your stay.

5. Modifications

Booking dates or room can be modified subject to availability at no extra cost, if requested at least 7 days before check-in. Changes closer to arrival may attract rate differences or the cancellation policy above.

6. Guests, extras and children

• The number of guests must not exceed what was booked. Extra guests attract extra-bed charges of ₹1,500 per person per night.
• Children 0–6 years stay free when sharing a room with parents.
• Children 6–12 years: ₹1,500 per night, includes meals as per plan.

7. Pet policy

We welcome well-behaved pets in select rooms only, subject to availability:

• Pets under 5 years old — the Swiss Glamping Cottage.
• Pets 5 years and above — the Balinese Villa with Private Pool.
• One pet per booking. Guests are responsible for their pet at all times and for any damage caused.
• Please carry your pet's food, bedding and up-to-date vaccination record. Pets are not allowed in the pool, kitchen, dining area or on furniture.

8. Meals

• EP (Room Only): no meals included.
• CP (with Breakfast): breakfast for 2 people per room. Extra breakfasts can be added on request at check-in.
• Full food package (add-on): ₹1,750 per person per day — covers all meals prepared with fresh farm produce.
• Non-vegetarian meals available on request. Please tell us dietary preferences and allergies in advance.

9. House rules

• Nehamrit Farms is a family-friendly retreat. Please respect the peace of other guests.
• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or common indoor areas.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted in your own room and designated areas — please drink responsibly.
• Loud music and parties disturbing other guests or the local community are not allowed.
• Full house rules and Do's & Don'ts are shared with your booking confirmation.

10. Damage and liability

• Guests are liable for any damage, breakage or loss to the property caused by them or their pets.
• Nehamrit Farms is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, cash, jewellery or valuables. Please use the room's storage carefully.
• Use of the swimming pool, farm equipment and outdoor spaces is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

11. Force majeure

Nehamrit Farms is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, government orders, transport disruptions or pandemics. In such cases we will work with guests to reschedule or refund appropriately.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane District, Maharashtra.
